Article 2: I will respect the confidential nature of the research undertaken for my clients and shall not, without prior consent divulge any information concerning my clients or their affairs.

Article 3: I will not publish the results of research that my clients have paid for.

Article 4: I undertake in client dealings to provide clear and definite reports as the sources permit and provide further advice relevant to possible and probable research results.

Article 5: I undertake to strive to uphold the integrity and reputation of researchers and genealogists at all times.

Article 6: Complaints from clients will be approached in a courteous and professional manner whilst striving to achieve an amiable solution.

FEES:
The very nature of research and archival records makes it almost impossible to estimate in advance how much a research project will cost due to it being a very time consuming task.  In light of this I suggest that you contact me via email and describe the nature of your research so that I am able to give you a quote.
